This is one of the largest recoveries ever secured in California for an injured worker. Mr. Tietjen took particular pride in this accomplishment as several other attorneys turned down this potential case because of its difficulty and complexity. In 1999, Mr. Tietjen served as President of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. He has been given the highest rating for ability and ethics (AV rated) by the legal rating service of Martindale-Hubbell.
